I am so tired of hearing in every spiritual video, meditate and yoga. There are other ways, we aren't the first humans/generation who are ascending. Sure I did it all, everyday for years. Now I don't anymore. Everything is a meditation, and every move I make is yoga. It's now out of free will and creating my own techniques, most of the time it's no techniques. Just be it all, not do it all.

I am crying. I thought I am very sick. Bought vitamins and all kind of supplements. I feel absolutely exhausted and no matter how much I sleep it is not enough. Everything hurts. I have extreme highs and lows, one day bliss and another sorrow… i cry for no reason. I lost interest in material things and all social interactions..I thought I am going crazy… this helped me soooo much. Thank you, whoever you are

Appetite has been the hardest challenge.. The physical is hungry but I have no desire to eat anymore..

I'm going through all of this and it's very intense. I'm also going into menopause and the symptoms are almost exactly the same. Whatever it is, it's kicking my ass HARD. I can barely function. To everyone going through this with me, we will get through it. It's going to be amazing when we reach full ascension. Love to all.

When I'm alone.. I'm not alone

Well, in the past couple of months, I have googled, thyroid conditions, bumps on the hand and arms, dementia, side effects for so many things and ways to commit suicide with no pain in those REALLY down moments. The extreme, sudden urges to sleep were the weirdest but a 5 to 15 minute would satisfy them which I found really odd. Now I know, google will have a rest. The urge to go home is soooo strong, it is really hard to be here! I guess the main message for me is to connect with others that understand because I have been isolated for months while experiencing these things, have been told by my newly found guides (thought I was insane bc of the voices), it was okay, no need to seek help which I did for severe pain in February, nothing found! I feel happy and OKAY thanks to this video! Much gratitude! Love and Light to all!!!!

God is amazing

I have experienced all of these symptoms and are still experiencing a few. I was also told by my doctor that I had a life threatening situation..I did not accept what she was saying and it was like she was not speaking to me. I even lost a lot of weight because I could no longer eat many foods. I was retested about 2 years ago and my rest was normal. I recently had blood work done after not seeing a doctor since 2021 and all my tests are normal and my pressure is normal. This journey has been amazing . I am blessed. Trust me guys it will get better. My ascensions were painful... You will get through it, it's hard. I've been there. And how many times I'll have to go through it. Hardest at full moons.
