Despite being Fire Nation royalty, Zuko still had plenty of problems as a child–– a taunting sister, a ruthless father, and a lack of firebending skills. As time went on, Zuko worked on all of these problems by both making progress on his firebending abilities as well as his emotional growth. While not obvious at first, these two journeys were one and the same! Through achieving peace with himself, Zuko was able to achieve mastery of firebending and lead the Fire Nation into a new era of peace!
