The sad thing is... it shouldn't be so far-fetched that a billionaire would give his assistant lavish gifts without the expectation of sexual favors. I mean, why not? He couldn't spend all the money has has if he tried. Seriously, he could give random strangers Ferraris, and he would never miss the money. It's not that I believe her--I don't. It'd just be nice to live in a world where generosity and gratitude--no strings attached--were good enough reasons for a billionaire to spend a small fraction of his fortune on someone he cared about. Maybe that's idealistic, but whatever.
