  • If they only knew the time and dedication it takes to master that fickle little instrument, they'd be bowing in admiration.
  • @mannygee
As a fellow trumpeter - this is fire af 🔥
  • @boblane5
A trumpet is the hardest instrument to learn to play. I’ve been trying for 53 years and I’m still practicing. 🤠
  • Amazing performance. Can't understand why the passers-by don't seem more enthusiastic.
  • @kaimayeda
The singing was so unexpected in the best way I was at first sad the trumpet stoped but then was in with intense nostalgia for something not even from my generation. Beautiful playing and singing as well.
  • @DMO831
I can say this with confidence: that was fire 🔥
  • @michelsandrel
That's wonderful ! Congratulations on this performance, I love it ! Unfortunately, people's indifference is astounding.
  • @danielayoo9376
This is not at all what i was looking for. BUT IM SO GLAD I FOUND IT
  • @davidmiles4753
Nice job Mr Halifax. from a former old Todmordian trumpet player, who has now lived in the States for many years.
  • @cradoplays7369
Whilst it may seem simple to ear, there are so many technical features of his playing that make it sound soo good, which comes with very skilful playing.
  • @lei7162
4 words: You are heckin amazing.
  • @lenraby5920
I grew up loving punk rock, two tone and northern soul, now as I get older I can not stop listening to Jazz, maturity is a wonderful gift. Fantastic playing mate real music for your soul, top drawer.
  • @pinkchilde3657
Woah just woah. You play so effortlessly… it’s truly impressive. I can’t imagine the amount of practice you’ve done.
  • @kemigeorge6294
I think what I love best about your playing is that you can play super fast, pretty high, and very intricately, but even when you slow it down (like you do here) it's SO MELODIC, MUSICAL, AND GROOVY. I've bought a bunch of your etudes already, and hopefully will start to approach the facility you have with this instrument.
  • @johnjenkins2315
I would think by the way that you play that you are a professional musician. I’m sure that the late Louis Armstrong would have been privileged to have you play with him. I live in New Zealand and this is the first time I’ve seen your music, bravo.
  • @lexigone
Your performance should be known to everyone!
  • @Big_Chunks
Wow! Tone! I really was not expecting such a great voice as well! You are a very dedicated man. Seriously, listening to you play cured my ears’ depression 😂
