The hospital allowing him to resign is what’s allowed him to move on to another hospital and continue injuring people. All those hospitals should be held accountable!
-
I feel really sorry for the people affected by this man
-
The amount of people permanently injured because of his actions makes me sick
-
Such gross incompetence is hard to digest, and it just reveals how crucial vigilance and accountability are in the medical field.
-
I can't believe it took so long for him to be held accountable for his crimes
-
Those 5 lucky bastards whose surgeries went well kudos to them
-
Where did he get his medical license from? That University needs to be investigated as well
-
WTF took so long to revoke his medical license? The first hospital should have done more than just allow HIM to resign...🙄
-
Dr D stands for doctor drugs I swear
-
Oh Lord, what a nightmare! With that record of botched surgeries, why did the authorities do nothing for so long?! 38 people.
-
They let 38 patients near this guy???
-
This doctor is Christopher Duntsch. The TV series "Dr. Death" is based on him.
-
There should be a law making any medical practitioner’s license to be taken away after such things. Crazy how he kept getting jobs.
-
I am surprised that how was that guy still operating while being investigated, so many people could have been saved.
-
If a doctor is causing injuries to multiple patients, isn’t the medical board automatically contacted. Especially if a hospital decides to sack him. That should definitely be reported. Wouldn’t they then suspend him pending an investigation. Why would it take his colleagues to contact the medical board.
-
I’m holding the Texas medical Board accountable for those deaths/botched surgeries.
-
Thank goodness for Dr. Kirby. I'm glad someone helped those people get the justice they deserve.
-
It's crazy how people we believe daily like doctors can go to jail. Kinda makes me happy that my doctor is normal! 😓
-
And no one reported this guy earlier? Were these medical professionals just watching this happening for months and doing nothing?
-
HR of the hospitals should be liable too.
