The reason why it doesn't know much is because you have to write a personality (description) of the AI, which if I remember is limited to 255 characters. These AIs don't really have access to the internet to get stats so it primarily gets data from its description.

The way AI Jack is writing sounds exactly like how Jack would actually phrase things when he speaks and the fact that Jack is reading out whatever AI Jack says makes this even more convincing :O
