Hello again, everyone! I'll be sleeping in a snowdrift tonight. They say you have to hide in the snow in winter to keep it warm. I decided to check it out.

    A little bit of info on something I always carry with me,is three nylon straps used in the steel industry for lifting. They are lightweight,roll tightly and are very useful for hauling logs in the bush. Use one to cinch several logs together,second as a towline,third is crossed and put over your shoulders to make a harness. Much less work than carrying logs,less strain and keeps your hands free if you are in hilly terrain,so you can use handholds.
