I’m 23, I was born with one arm, I have had 40 surgeries, I watched my dad die when I was 9, the list goes on. But I feel this talk with my entire being. People have always called me inspirational because my attitude towards my life and my challenges has always been so great. Resilience is everything. It is the only way I have survived. My mom taught me I have 15 mins to feel sad for myself a day then I have to move on bc The world will not stop for me to feel sorry for myself. I credit everything to my family, friends, and my parents. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • Such an amazing and succinct talk on doing resilience everyday and setting yourself up for success! I will be showing this to my students often!
