Hey Anna! It's so great to see you after a long time. I hope you are doing good. 🙂 Believe me, you sound so confident in this video about "confidence." You really made a great progress. Yeah. We should take the responsibility to change ourselves because nobody else does it for us. 😅 Most people think confidence is natural. What they miss is that even for most successful people, it takes a lot of practice to gain high levels of confidence. Could you tell me more about how you practice self talk to heighten your self esteem? I would love to hear. 😊 I read this in a book "Dress confident to look confident." Do you emphasize about appearance a lot? Setting goals is what drives us every day. Achieving small goals frequently gives us confidence that we have the capability to accomplish great things. It's such a good point. And finally, jump into the action!! There's no way we can get what we want by just "wanting" it. I really liked this video a lot. I believe you had put a great efforts to make this happen. And adding captions is a nice idea. I wanted to tell you this for a long time but I keep forgetting.
