Ben for Premier? Actually, screw that....Ben for Prime Minister! Who's with me? This video is SPOT ON. Fantastic job Ben. Thank you. Cheers.

Definitely run for council if you want! You understand the root issues plaguing modern cities, and you can even get the vote of a certain stubborn demographic because of your skin colour and gender...assuming you don't lean too heavy on the active transportation angle in your campaigning. Has London eliminated exclusionary single family zoning yet?

I find your video very interesting! I think densification is the future in Canada and I understand the logic, but emotionaly, I feel disapointed by it. (Sorry for my mistakes in English btw). I live in a high density area and think there are a lot of negative aspect to it, which lowers the quaility of life. I am sure some people enjoy it a lot, but it seems to me that way they are currently designed has a lot of flaws, such as parkings place, accessibility issues for people with physical disabilities, having access to yard and parcs, lack of intimacy, or having so smell and hear your neighborhood (I am in a zone where smoking isnt allowed, yet I cant open my window without closing if within 5 minutes because someone close starts smoking). Montreal could be a good exemple maybe, of a high density city, and some people adore it! Perso, I really disliked it. I guess I feel sad that most of us won't get to experience a house with a yard, a garden and some distance between your neighbors, to have intimity and to hopefully not smell them too much lol. Wish there was a better solution than stacking us on top of each other. I am just dreaming, but I wish we had fast speed train through Canada, or more metro, to allow spreading. I get it's utopic, but I wiiiish :P
