Interesting how you mention not dying before the release of GTAVI. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2022. I was 13 when GTAV released. It's going to be extremely difficult for me to be around when GTAVI drops. It's such a shame, but also really stupid that I even care about this. But maybe looking forward to the game gives me extra strenght in fighting the cancer. Love your content, hopefully I'll be around for your GTAVI content in the future. Those islands are the Florida keys. The multiple bridges are the fact that the overseas highway (aka US 1) used to be a small 2 lane road, but was upgraded to better, wider bridges in the 80's. Many sections of the original bridges are still in place and some can even be accessed by the public (though not generally for car traffic). If you ever drive that way (recommended - very scenic), you'll see many of the old bridges. It's actually the primary way to get from Miami to Key West. One of them, the Bahia Honda bridge, is quite distinctive because it was an truss style rail bridge that was converted to car traffic. Because the rail bridge was too narrow for even a two lane road, they built the road on top of the trusses, so it's way up there.

I hope that Vice city has the population density as seen in the game. I hate how empty Los Santos feels even when traffic and people density is maxed out. It just makes the world feel more alive when it seems there are people actually living there

It’s going to be really weird in like 5 years watching Matto speedrunning GTA 6, doing GTA 6 Chaos, GTA 6 200+ metre distance chaos, GTA 6 guesser ect.

Man, it's crazy seeing a modernized GTA for once. All the social media and "Florida Man" references are so accurate it almost hurts. The trailer looks fantastic, and I sincerely hope the game itself will be the same way. Now all we gotta do is wait a year and a half.

GTA VI is looking like it will be more San Andreas like. Huge map to work with, using more than just Miami as a base for Vice City. It's using the surrounding areas as well, such as the Everglades and Key West, which could be upwards of over 200 miles of content. I'm from south Florida, so a lot of the shots are actually extremely real world accurate, especially the coastline, highway to Key West, and port areas. It's probably the reason they decided not to call this Vice City 2 or something, as it's encompassing more than just Vice City. Here's to hoping I see my house.

So glad we got to see DarkViperAU make an appearance in the trailer. His performance as Lucia was absolutely amazing.

I'm a little surprised that Matto didn't recognize the parallel of Lucia being asked why she is here and her saying "Bad luck I guess" in the beginning of the GTA VI trailer and Michael saying "Why did I move here, I guess it was the weather" in the beginning of the GTA V trailer. Otherwise a great breakdown 👍

I haven't seen Matt this happy in ages, if ever, it even reflected in the writing style of his tweets. It's great to see, man works too hard and looks kinda over it and tired sometimes. When the game actually drops the workaholism and passion will combine and he'll peak.

I feel like a major reason for why they didn't focus too much on the characters was because those characters weren't set in stone yet. They might still be ironing out some of their character traits, and what they want to focus on in that, but I think they choose to focus on the world and give little hints of the characters to build up more hype while they're still ironing things out. They've still got over a year of development left; they're probably not fully finnished yet. Esepecially with the amount of satire in the games, they probably don't want to put too much emphasis on traits and interactions that might not be in the final game.

It is not that rockstar has bad security cause everything leaks. It is because they are the primary target for leaks, GTA 6 is probably the most awaited games in decade. Edit: thanks for 400k likes.

As someone from Miami its amazing how many areas are spot on counter parts to what you see in the trailers, for example the bridge scene there is two bridges on key biscane because the old bridge was too small so they built a bigger one and left the other bridge there closed. Or detailed shots of Wynwood, Downtown Brickel, South beach,
