I met Benicio del Toro at a SDSU / Delta Upsilon Fraternity Party in 1984 and we became friends while he attended USD and I attending SDSU. He was a cool dude and he told me one day that he was dropping out of school to pursue an acting career in New York / Hollywood and the rest is history. I enjoy watching all his films and wished we could have stayed in touch but back then we had no cell phones lol. Anyways, so happy for his success and that his dream came true.
