I kind of love that Sam made the decision to be a disembodied voice on HAI and Wendover, and we didn't know Adam or Ben's names until Jetlag, but Amy has inserted herself as the only named character in HAI, and we love her

This made me look up what Forrest Gump's distance was. Turns out his hypothetical journey was over 15,000km, with roughly 5 legs across the US. What's crazy, is someone actually recreated this run in real life, and did it in less than a third of the time it took Forrest in the movie. He wrote a book about it called "Becoming Forrest".

Hi HAI! Can you do a video about the logistics of holding a big marathon? I ran the Chicago Marathon last year and the sheer number of people that take to the streets for 3-6 hours is absolutely insane. NY is the biggest with ~50k runners. It seems like a LOOOOT of work needs to be done to effectively shut down an entire city so some people can tire themselves out, but I’d like to know the exact amount of work required. Not sure if this is something you would do, or if it would be better suited for that handsome guy at Wendover.
