The american version is having a fanduel account but only letting yourself login on your work computer

It is times like this I wish more people would watch that Mr. Beast video where he buys 1 million dollars worth of lottery tickets. He managed to turn 1 million dollars into roughly 750k. I love that video because it shows just how well calculated the negative returns are. A lottery is essentially just a 25% tax on people dumb enough to buy them.

I work at a gas station, and it's actually annoying how much lottery many people play every day. People come into the store EVERY DAY and will stay for an hour plus scratching tickets. It's actually infuriating, because I can't get shit done from going back and forth cashing and selling tickets. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only one or two people, but it's 10+ at the store I work at. It's also infuriating seeing people just blow money on something that is fake. No one really wins the lottery. I've had a lady come in and buy a whole roll of $30 tickets, a roll of $10 tickets, and six $50 tickets, totalling $1,500. That is ridiculous. Must be nice being able to blow that much paper just for some slightly thicker paper that may give you even more paper. But the government gets a cut of that paper. The world is phucked.

If i finished scratching a $50 ticket in the morning and didnt win with the stress of a chinese job looming I'm ending it all

Respect to Jon Chien for just wanting due credit, not being salty.

There’s a small chance QuacK would see this, but I just wanna say you did a good job editing this! If I can give a hint of criticism, the pop ins for the world definitions and articles are SUPER quick, I had to go back and pause to read them. Maybe make them a tad slower in the future? Anyways, tiny nitpick, thanks for your awesome work!

apparently the A in April stands for Atrioc. Big April starting the month STRONG
  • Do not wear 15+ shirts. I worked with a guy who had to go to the ER and have all his clothes cut off him because the shirts were constricting his ribcage enough that he couldn't breathe.

Not even started play on the video and i know this a banger video. Good job atrioc/editor! :)
  • the scratcher thing reminds me of a story about a guy who would put on a nicotine patch every time he went for a jog and ended up running like 5 marathons
  • @emperyan_

There should be a lottery ticket to make Atrioc play Paper Mario every day for 1h on his stream, for shits and giggles

Thank you Atrioc and Stephic on changing my perspective on China with these videos It’s nice to see some positive and more personal news of the people of China as opposed to the usual negative and fear mongering It’s unfortunate that the valid criticism of the CCP tends to affect the West’s view on Chinese citizens as a whole Great stuff
