  • My wife demands we play madmartigan's music trivia every week. It is our glimmer of hope in a world full of chaos and confusion.

We started listening to your channel in the height of the pandemic. It's been so much fun for us. We love how much time you put into these. Sometimes we just yell out answers, sometimes we keep score. everytime we tell stories about where we were when ______________ song was out. Thank you so much!

I just found this channel and I loved it! So much fun. I got 16/25 and only 6800. Big loss on the daily double, which I definitely should have got. Got all the country songs, must be that's the only radio station the boss allowed at work in the 90'. Got I won't back Down, too. Great channel! πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž

  • @Ras137
All but the Avicii song, 3rd time I've come within one of getting them all. Someday I will get them all. Bay City Rollers and I think Bing Crosby, tripped me up before.

Great quiz, as always! We even got the hair bands tonight. 😊

I got $20,200 plus knew the bonus was Tom Petty with "I Won't Back Down." I grew up on this music and had a similar quiz challenge with my cousin. Know music from the 50s to current... including some country because of my mom, aunt, nephew, and some myself. My mom and aunt liked country singers like Patsy Cline, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, George Strait, Garth Brooks, etc. One of my fav country songs is "Love Me" by Collin Raye as it reminds me of my grandmother... the song is told through the eyes of the grandchild being with his grandfather when his wife (the story tellers grandmother) passed. The genre I listen to the most is 80s-90s classic rock/hair/alternative.

Definitely loving the new categories, and how deep and diverse the songs are getting! My partner and I play (without keeping score) almost every night, and we've both got incredibly eclectic and diverse tastes, so between us, we almost never miss!

Finally! Been waiting all day for this. Thanks for the great quizzes! 24/25. And the bonus song. I missed the "Hey Brother" song. Never heard of that band. I'll have to look them up. Another great reason i watch.....to find new bands. Category Suggestion - Outsider Music
