What size are the clutch cover perimeter bolts? Currently in the process of replacing the clutch

Hey mate i have a question about the clutch pin, I've been working on my zxr250 and after removing the clutch cable i found that the pin was moving free it had not tension or anything I've tried removing and reinserting the clutch to no avail still no tension. is this normal? how can i fix it? cheers.
