I've heard different timelines for how long Kratos was in the Light for Atreus. I've heard everything from a full day to a full week that he was alone waiting for Kratos to come out. But however long it was, was enough to really piss the boy off. Not only to be able to kill all those Elves but he was also able to push through the pain of feeling like his hand "was on fire" when touching the Light to reach in and pull Kratos out. Not only out but pull Kratos off of his feet.

Kratos reminding us that he is still mourning in his own way was on of the most powerful moments in the game for me. Any time Kratos lets cracks show in his vulnerability really hits me hard.

52:04 Whenever the boy is in mortal danger Kratos' Rage gets triggered immediately and does not stop until the boy is safe again. When The Stranger threatened Atreus during that fight is the first time the Spartan Rage meter even appeared. Now with Atreus being taken the Rage just keeps going and does not stop until Kratos creates the bridge to get to him. I really like that the developers didn't just make Spartan Rage something just to use in combat when needed, but also a story/character element as well.

The realm tear where you got 1 shot was indeed level 6, you’ll basically need max gear (or close to) before you’re ready for it Blinding is caused by those bombs they leave or warrior heavy attacks (can be parried)

I will say for someone like kratos and the things he went through he just wants Atreus to make better choices than he did and use his heart not his anger as he keeps saying be better in reference to being better than himself and the choices he’s made in his earlier days

When Atreus is chocking an enemy is the perfect opportunity to use Executioner's Cleave (hold R2). You can also use it when enemy is launched, recovery from knock down (or actually knocked down), wall splatted or stunned in general (not R3 stunned but recovering from an attack). LMAO at the jump scares in this video 🤣

Hi there new subscriber I love this game all the God of wargames I’ve played them all, but I love this one and it’s so refreshing to watch someone take their time with the puzzles😊 I can tell you really appreciate them . The puzzle you did when you had to throw your axe and leave it in the room and then recall it when you came back to the door you be surprised how many people didn’t figure that out anyways, love the play through. Hope you enjoy the rest of it.

As a long time fan of the franchise I appreciate you playing and knowing the history of the game and not just playing it for the big name. I strongly suggest you to play the next game on ps5 it makes a world of difference.

I recommend sticking with the amulet of kvasir it might be a little hard to do a perfect time evade but gets easier with time also having time slowed while having to work your way through a lot of enemies is a big game changer.

Top lines to say to an enemy if you lose: "I win" "I was holding IT back..." "You made a grave mistake" The fact that the axe is in one of the piles makes me wonder how long Atreus actually fought for and how many he took out before they made it to platform
