Navlakhi ground thrilled with excellent cultural program "Gujarati Jalso" dedicated to the Gujarati Heritage was celebrated at Vadodara with a grand success. Against heat waves of whether, this programme proved to be a great relief on 1st June at Navlakhi ground. Presented by Parthiv Gohil, organized by United Jains of Vadodara with courtesy of Aatapi Wonderland, on behalf of Reliance Industries Ltd, with the support of Shemaroo this program was thoroughly enjoyed by audience of 4500 people. A great cooperation by Jain Social Group Vadodara Midtown, C. L. Shah Charitable Trust, Jito-Vadodara, Image Book Culture Trust and Shree Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal made the remarkabale. Initially tribute was paid to the students who died in the accident at Surat. The cultural show started with Sairam Dave's song praising Gujarat. Manasi Parekh Gohil and Mirande Shah created the atmosphere of Tarnetar Festival presenting songs covering the festive mela. Kinjal Dave presented her popular songs in a rhythmic way. Bhoomi Trivedi performed a collage of songs covering different roles and emotions of women. Humorist Smit Pandya kept the color of humor moving with hilarious jokes. Manoj Joshi's in-depth drama scene, a modern presentation by Utkarsh Mazumdar, songs covering different shades and moods of language presented by Parthiv Gohil, excellent compering by Tushar Shukla, classic gazals by Khalil Dhantejvi, songs presented with rhythmic energy by Osman Mir made the day. Deepak Raag and Malhar Raga's presentation proved to be a classic rendering. On this occasion, Khalil Dhanatevi's new poetry collection 'Sopan' was released by Parthiv Gohil in the presence of Utpal Bhayani & Hiten Anandpara. Invited Artists were honored with a memento. Jain Social Group Midtown's President Chirayu Jasani, Aatapi Theme Park's Bindiyaben Shah, Secretary Chirayu Kothari and President Parasmalji of Jito-Vadodara had been an important contributor to the success of the festival. As many cultural organizations and groups joined there hands, Gujarati Jalso became a rainbow in the true sense.
