I adore how he reenforces the difference between attractiveness and marketability. Sure, he could be "brutally honest" and a jerk, but instead he's upfront about career success without tearing down people's self image. There's beautiful qualities in everyone, even if they're not walking in NYFW

He's honest, yet polite. He's only talking about fashion industry modeling. Obviously Instagram, physique, lingerie, swimsuit, fitness, bodybuilding, plus size, petite, fine art, and "real people" modeling also exists.

I expected this to be terrible and objectifying and clicked on it in the same mindset as "I can't look away from the carcrash", and I am glad I clicked. This was tasteful, direct, blunt, constructive and not objectifying at all, the tone was professional and it was clearly just about the job and not about what's pretty and what's not. Wish this guy had his own show, awesome video!
