Fixing ASH KETCHUM’S ENDING In Pokémon…

I already love how all of his companions are here. It’s not just Ash we’re saying goodbye to, but also all the friends and rivals he’s made.

How is it a youtuber can write the anime better than the actual writers seriously they need to hire him

Right off the bat, I like that you handled the Gary and Ash interaction at the beginning, because it really helps to set the stage for Ash's thinking, like his noticing of Cynthia's outside interests besides being a Champion. Foreshadowing for Team Rocket's operations also being in the second episode fit well, as it helps to build tension, instead of just having them appear randomly at the end. Ash's companions getting closure, like Cilan who wants 'something more', and Serena coming to realize her dreams is also something MPM should've done, as it was the last time we would've been seeing them. If we know how Ash is going out, we should've at least learned how everyone else was doing. And the ending where Ash and Gary stand on top of Mt. Silver is just the most ideal way to go out. Not only does it reference Red atop the mountain, but it's just Ash and Gary, the two people who started out as bitter rivals, but slowly became close friends. Overall, this really is the most proper way to send Ash off, tying up all loose ends, and having Ash actually become a Pokemon Master. Great job, I really liked it!

I really like how Gary asks Ash about being a Pokémon Master in the FIRST episode instead of it being the LAST episode. While just going on a journey just to travel is alright, travelling for a purpose does help the story flow better and makes it feel less like the characters are just going wherever the heck they’re going. I totally agree with you on how the travelling we saw in the final episodes is more of the same thing, and I feel like for Ash Ketchum’s final season, it shouldn’t be just that.

Man I would do anything for something like this to have happened in the show. My rewrite of MPM is surprisingly similar to this, we had a lot of similar ideas! Great minds think alike! It's such a shame that none of it actually happened in the show 😭 Awesome video, awesome ideas, and awesome presentation! This was absolutely GOATed. It puts my 25 episode rewrite in Pasio to shame.

My favourite part about this whole rewrite is how open-ended everything is: Max’s own Journey, Cilan possibly going beyond an S-Class Connoisseur, May, Dawn, and Serena working toward their goals, Ash and Serena’s relationship and if they’ll be together or not, Iris realizing she’s not falling behind, Greninja might STILL not be done with those stupid vines, and what the Team Rocket trio will do now that they’re done with the organization. These characters stories end with a sense of ambiguity. It doesn’t give a definitive ending to these characters, but it allows us as the audience to come to our own conclusion on everything. I do have some nitpicks(I wish Greninja rejoined Ash as in fully recaught, I would’ve kept Ash reuniting with Pidgeot, and I wish Dawn and Serena met and interacted slightly), but I am satisfied with what we got. This is probably a major upgrade to the anime's final series.

I honestly wish the epilogue would’ve included all of his old companions. I get that we had them during Journeys, but it would’ve been nice to see them interact one last time. And also see interactions between Misty and Brock with other companions. All we got the return of Cilan

Overall I enjoyed it just think their should be some small changes to make it even better. At the end credit Giovanni is recruiting allies to help take over the Region with each one taking a region. With them and the grunts wearing a modified outfit but in black with R with it. Making the anime version of Rainbow Rocket alongside making Team Rocket Strike Back a 4 parts. With the first episode being the surprise attack of villains. the second being the champions struggling the villains. The 3rd having Ash past rivals that we didn't meet during assisting the champions to defeat the villain, with the 4th part beating the villains and saving the day. I wanted it a 4 parts to have a better pace and have some dialogue between the characters. Doesn't need to show the full fight of the other champions, just show that they are having difficulty, then getting the assistance to defeat the villain. This is what the final series should have been more like - it wasn't bad, but it focuses more on the question of what it means to be a master I love how everyone gets closure

Chills 😭😭😭😭 This is PERFECT! Having Misty and Brock travel to all the regions with Ash. Cameos/tying up any lose ends from characters we’ve met in other regions. Having Giovanni and MewTwo be the final big bad. Kanto Elite Four. Jessie and James turning against Team Rocket. Showcasing and spotlighting the relationship arc of Ash and Gary. Mount Silver and Ho Oh Ash FINALLY standing as Champion on Indigo Plateau. The Pokémon Company needs to buy the rights to this and remake Ash’s final story.

Thank you for giving Team Rocket (both the organization and the TRio) the ending that they deserved. Also, Ash realizing that he was already a Pokémon Master is something I legitimately thought the miniseries was building up to, so I'm glad you did it in your rewrite.
