There is a lot of information from this eps alone. First, how magic became well-known by humans; second, Serie always contradicted what she said, even though she didn't care about Flamme, when she first heard that Flamme is dead, her face seemed surprised when she should have known that Flamme will eventually die sooner or later. Third, the pov of Frieren and Flamme is different from Serie, while Frieren is looking foward to the future when every human could use magic so there would be a lot of variety in magic, Serie doesn't feel like it, she thinks magic is supposed to be special and just a "chosen one" that can use magic. Fourth, because Flamme making magic could be learned by humans, a mage that could kill Frieren will appear, an irony indeed.
