How to Fix Windows cannot access the specified device!!!!!

You, sir, are a great. No other way to describe it! It's 2 am, I've got a dentist appointment in the morning, but I can't sleep with this god damn problem! I need to know I'm able to play Fallout 4! Finally, someone finally tells me something I'd never guessed would fix it! You are simply great!

If you insist on typing on your videos, then have them prepared BEFORE you start recording. That music just makes the whole process harder to near impossible when we have to wait for you to type. Really not surprised you have so many dislikes on it. Just some constructive criticism for you, I do appreciate that you're trying to help people.

Hi!! So I'm currently having this problem that I installed handbrake online and so it comes with a app that I need to run on my pc, and later after running the app and everything the app was successfully installed, so I wanted to delete the file that I first downloaded (file name: HandBrake-0.10.5-i686-Win_GUI-1) but it didn't allow me to delete, says that it's in a different location or something, so I try uninstall the program and delete it, but it didn't work, the file also won't allow me to move it to other folders too. It would pop up a window say: I need permission to perform this action... SO I guess I made it worse by forcing delete in my antivirus software... Now basically I can't delete it whatsoever and either could I move it to another file.... I was hoping if you know whats going on and maybe you could help me? :) Thanks in advance!
