Brings back memories I was 14 years old watching this tournament two years later don redden passed away great ballplayer
-
this was a HELLUVA Lousiville Team. I grew up in DC and a Georgetown fan (dad was an alum), but Louisville was ALWAYS Final Four or bust loaded under the great Denny Crum. Those seniors on this squad played so many bigtime games
-
thank you very much for this game.
-
Thank U for uploading this game it brings back so many great memories some sad some great but great memories all the same
-
Justin, thank you. You have posted some great Louisville Basketball videos!
-
I believe the three point line was put in the next year. This was Louisville best squad as a whole until Patino arrived. I was a freshman in high school during this season.
-
This is awesome. Do you have the 80 & 86 title game?
-
LSU with horrible shot selection in the 2nd half but Louisville Wagner and Thompson dominated the game for the Cardinals
-
Milt t ice billy tompson kevin walls Camden connection 🏀👌
-
This game just reminds me how much commentators hated U of L.
-
I had forgotten how awfully Louisville played in the first half.
-
I PLAYED BALL WITH THOMPSON AND WAGNER

Around the 54:00 mark Kimbro throws a hard elbow at Redden and like dislocates his arm and just melts to the floor. That Redden was a strong man, the foul was intentional and wrong, but it sent a message. Also the UL press just overwhelmed LSU midway through the 2nd half. GO CARDS!

The ville storms back after half time!

58:30 Tark and the real Tony Soprano

The last men's final 4 not in a dome and the last without the three point shot. The game hasn't been as good since. The 3-point line has been a distraction and at final fours, 70 percent of the fans present have to watch on their Ipads to see the game.

Did Brent call Billy Thompson an overated freshman?...smh
-
@53:13 we witness the one of the worst moments of a man's life
-
This should have been UL/UK, almost 25 years before it actually happened. But, then again, you can't beat two teams four times in the same season, can you, BBN? ;-)

Lsu would not have made the final 4 had they not played on their own home court the first two rounds.
