  • It seems to me that Tokyo DisneySea has managed to capture the magic, keep things affordable and yet have their own identity. It's what I imagine Disney should be, making you feel like a kid again, wide-eyed and not wanting to ever leave. So jealous, but glad you both managed to realise your dreams.
  • As just a viewer who you don’t know or probably will never meet, I wanted to say THANK YOU for filming all of this especially since it’s your first time and means so much to you. I feel like this goes beyond “likes” and “views” and you genuinely want all of your subscribers to share in an authentic experience. ❤

Not sure if it's been mentioned already, but the song from Sindbad is so wonderful and feels so magical because it was written by the one and only Alan Menken.
  • My father was an imagineer assigned to Disney Sea so we lived in Tokyo in 2000-2001. I went to the grand opening but was too young to really appreciate how breathtaking the park is. Can't wait to go back to experience it as an adult! Great video!

Kitra tearing up describing the restroom's privacy is adorable ❤

That Sinbad part made me cry like a weenie. The singer sounds so warm and kind even without understanding what he's saying. My fiancé and I plan to go to Japan for our honeymoon and this is probably the thing i want to see most now. Disney parks in Japan are so wonderful and fun looking. Thank you so much for sharing your adventures!

I had a Japan trip planned in 2020 that had to be cancelled because of COVID. I watched soooo many videos about Disney Sea and while many of them were informative, this video was more than informative, it captured your experience so genuinely. Kitra, you have a true talent for editing!
  • OMG so happy your first ride was Sindbad!! It's honestly my favorite ride in Tokyo Disney, and one of my favorite Disney rides ever. I know it's not high-tech or full of thrills and cool experiences, but it has SUCH a beautiful message and I'm a real sucker for that. Plus the animatronics are a lovely tribute to Small World-style Mary Blair dolls, and the sets are very lush. If anyone here doesn't know it already, I suggest looking up 'Compass of your Heart Alan Menken' or 'English version'. (Japanese D23 had a Voices of America-style chorus sing it at a previous convention.) It's right up there with 'When She Loved Me' as a song that gets me crying instantly...although thankfully, happy tears this time..! Also I didn't get the Chandu hype until after I rode it for the first time, but he is totally the best. I stan a stripey KING ✊🏻👑🐯

Being able to see the actual sea from the park and having the boat be a real boat really sells the illusion.

This is what Epcot needs. I have never been a fan of the previous Epcot shows. Bring this this to the states!

When I lived in Tokyo, I met one of the imagineers, in a bar, who was working on building Disney Sea at the time. He said that it was by far the best Disney theme park that he had worked on, and that he had worked on quite a few. I also had several friends who worked at Disney Sea, a stage manager, a drummer, and a singer/guitarist. (The drummer and singer/guitarist were foreigners.)

As a Japanese fan of yours, I am very happy and wonderful to see your videos of your trip to Japan!! Tokyo Disney Sea and Tokyo Disneyland are the kind of places I grew up going to many times as a child, so I am very happy that you guys are enjoying yourselves as if it is a compliment to my hometown. Thanks for sharing these fun and wonderful moments with us❤
  • @camscarr
You guys don't understand how long I have also waited for you to go to this park haha! 🤣 Your approach to content and strategic thinking about what you're going to show and how you're going to show it is unmatched. I've been waiting 2 years for this, I'M SO EXCITED to see more!
  • Just from the intro, I can tell this will be amazing! So happy your dreams of going to Tokyo Disney came true!
  • @Theme_Barker
I am so happy for you both. When I left Japan many years ago in 1987, I cried hard because they made it so special. They get it, and they aren't afraid to take risks and create the best attractions and entertainment in the world. I am so glad to see you enjoy it. I have to get back there when Fantasy Springs opens.🧚‍♂

Beautifully done!!
