    During the '70's, on the upper west side of Manhattan (NYC) lived a pot hole on a side street much like that one. One day it collapsed under the weight of a car & the car plunged about 6' into the ground. That was during the NYC financial crisis of the '70's. They don't let them get to that point now.

    It appears that Russian roads are beyond redemption. What is needed is the "Everlast" pavement from Epm Asphaltec Inc. "Everlast" pavements would provide maintenance-free pavements for several decades. Many of our pavements have been in service for more than 20 yrs. without a cent needed for maintenance.     @BigKS1981 Potholes own you anywhere, really. Imagine how horrible this would be if it was actually a hole and not just a sunken part of the road? xD
