I have a hat with The Imperial Guard logo on it and yesterday whilst out in public some kid shouted at me "Cadia stands!" so I shouted back "The planet broke before the guard did!" I love 40k fans

Yesterday I realized something, some chapters of space marines will practice the arts as well as music. They will undoubtedly learn music from the various worlds they encounter, and it is most likely one of those worlds had a version of rap music. So somewhere out there at least one chapter of space marines has a battle brother who can legitimately rap.

The Cadian Shock troopers were legendary guardsmen who kick so much Chaos Asses that Abbadon couldn’t beat them in a fair fight so he threw the equivalent of the Death Star to their planet.

I’d love to hear more of New Cadia. How reconstruction, training, resettlement, and all the other stuff is going on. Massive Cadian fan and I can only hope my favorite boys go on to continue to kick ass for years to come

While they are undoubtedly the goats of the Emperor's Sledgehammer my favorite more obscure guard regiment are the Miasman Red Cowels(aka the Fire Skunks). Gotta love a regiment that gives Salamander pyromania a round for it's money

I'm surprised no one hasn't mentioned it there's another guard regiment that's even more tragic than the Cadians, and that regiment is the Tanith's First and Only or famously called Gaunt's ghosts. Maybe Majorkill could cover this in a future video.
