$5000 is outrageous. I miss the days when these kits were $10-20 each. Really sad I missed out on that train...

that is outragious. there is no way that is worth 5G 1G at most maybe 1.5 in rare cases. but damn insane.

It’s definitely not worth 5000 nor should it ever be. Same goes with any of the figures because of two reasons: Kotobukiya and 3D Printing. I’ve seen sonic figures that were trying to sell for 5 grand and nobody would buy it because another toy company eventually made a superior version of the figure and was sold all over stores for 10 bucks. 3D printing also has deflated the value of these figures because why would you spend thousands on a figure when you can spend a few hundred on a decent 3D printer and either make it yourself or pay someone to make it, or buy the files to print it all for a fraction of the price. There’s even free files. You can even go to places that have 3D printers and print your own figures. These mega man prices are obviously a scam and collectors should not support this nonsense.
