The hair looks like a bitch to maintain, but when he's hanging off of radahn it makes it look like the Red Lion has the white mane that Godfrey/Serosh once had, helping his consort ape the man he looked up to so much. But from behind it could alo refer to the primordial form of the Elden Ring we see at Faram Azula, with manh, many rings to it. Also it looks like only one of his arms is actual flesh and blood, and the others are ghostly because he cast off the others on his way here (sinistral, dextral and St. Trina).
