Hey from the Scottish Highlands. Harry Houdini died at 52 in Detroit. Eminem is turning 52... In this clip, he is cutting someone in half. A classic magic trick. It feels like there is going to be a big parallel between the two. Eminem has talked about Houdini for years. This is going to be great!

This skit is basically "My Darling": It's Em. He doesn't have blonde hair, he's serious, and the nametag has the backwards E. He's dressed up as Slim. The Jason mask, the coveralls, the chainsaw. The chalked body is Slim. But the body is missing. It's not there, even though we just watched him saw it. But not in half. He just cut off the arm that was flipping everybody off. He just severed the Shady part. But in doing so Em also ended up behaving like Slim. As in, it's an internal struggle. Em's trying to get rid of Slim. But to get rid of Slim, Em, for one last time, has to become Slim and may lose Em in the process. The two are so intertwined, it's impossible for one side to detach and become a single entity. Throughout "My Darling" we hear the chainsaw. If you listen to the lyrics and watch this skit, everything will become crystal clear.
