  • “A comet, a butterfly, what looks like a piece of shit in another dimension….”

I feel like finn's gradual growth throughout the show doesn't get noticed enough. W video
  • If shoko and finn are both destined to lose their arms, does that mean the piece of shlt in another dimension also lost its "arm" at one point?

One day, this video will be used as study material in schools.

Grew up with this show and literally aged alongside Finn & Adventure Time. It'll always have such a special place in my heart, certain arcs/episodes still make me cry like a baby every time i watch
  • 10:30 Egress is connected to Dungeon Train. They both reference his metaphors of addiction. It think the “exit” in the later is super poetic because of long term sobriety and also what you reference; identity~ and how shedding unhealthy habits/aspects/addictions is very difficult. Cause sometimes you don’t even seek them out! And then suddenly your identity is sorta tested

He's my favorite character of any cartoon, i am very familiar to change and growth, was obssessed by it for a good chunk of my life and his character embodies that feeling unlike any other. He begins as an idealistic hands on child who wants to directly change the world and help others but with time learns that some times, the best way to help someone is to let them help themselves while showing support, kindness and love. I almost cried out of joy when i saw my boy in Fionna and Cake, despite not having Jake around he still as positive and well as i hoped him to be. Such a fascinating character, i feel a loss of words to express my admiration of him. Great video, great channel, will subscribe for the ride.

Finn's development was exceptional, from a silly and immature child to a mature and adventurous character. He learned about others, his true identity, and the true meaning of adventure. He forgave the Ice King, overcame his fear of the ocean, and developed a strong relationship with Jake and his friends. After Jake's death, Finn accepted losses and moved on, as showcased in the Fionna and Cake spin-off series. Another reason why I love Finn is that he is relatable and he ages with the audience. Like he started when he was 12 and I was 6 when it aired and by the time it ended in 2018, he was 17. In Distant Land (Obsidian) he was in his early to mid 20s and I was 16 and 17. And then in Fionna and Cake he was 29 (Fionna and Cake takes place 12 years after Come Along With Me) which I am now 20. Edit: do these vodeo ideas: - Fionna and Cake videos - Pilot review
  • Watching through the series sometimes you dont notice the little moments where Finn grows up, you just get the sense that he IS growing. You did a fantastic job highlighting these moments so we can see the step by step walkthrough of his character. Great video 👍

just a fun fact: the two languages the modern Humans speak in adventure time are English and Swedish. Most Humans speak English, the signs on Founder's Island are all in Swedish but few such as Alva only speak Swedish.

People who say regular show is better definitely watched the episodes Cartoon Network put out randomly instead of watching it in order 🤷🏾‍♂️
  • That would be cool to see finn and Jake doing their adventures just before Jake passed away
  • @kingaroona5808
its a great video! i love how in deep you went to get a clear story. continue doing greatness
  • Thank you for pointing out how it felt like we were right there with them in together again, that whole episode was a spiritual experience for me. Scratch that, all of adventure time as been a spiritual experience for me
