I don’t know if anyone can relate but I find it actually quite calming listening to wrestling bios while doing my work lol 😂
  • @Funhaus_Ryan
Rest in peace, Scott. Thank you for everything, you absolute legend.
  • The Souled Out venue was my go-to when playing as Crow Sting in WCW vs nWo on Nintendo 64. I STILL have it. System and all.

That Hogan/Rock promo on Raw is one of the most electrifying promos of all time. Absolute peak energy throughout the arena
  • @E_l_l_i_e
This makes a great bedtime story for pro wrestling fans.

The nWo story in full... This is what I have been waiting for

I'm lowkey blown away by how the whole nWo started. Like, Bischoff studied wrestling in Japan, which is clever, and Hall and Nash just wanted more money so they jumped ship and then they all just went like, "yeah let's do this" and that's the beginning of the biggest storyline in wrestling. It all just kinda came together.

How ironic, that the nWo invasion angle legitimately helped with the WWF shoot take over.

"Where is the Nacho Man? The Hukster...? Scheme Gene. & Billionaire Ted?" Lol! Great skits & promo's 👍

I was a kid during this era, and absolutly loved it, Sting was my hero and Hogan was and still is the ultimate heel
  • Haven't watched wrestling in probably close to 20 years. This was an excellent trip down memory lane. Thank you so much.

Will never be another time like this in wrestling, absolutely GOLDEN

I watch many of these to fall asleep. Nostalgia stories rule.
  • @rehanvahora3578
The attitude era was the ultimate era to live for a wrestling fan
  • Dude, I totally remember watching this all play out on TV when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I somehow stumbled upon probably the greatest era of pro wrestling, and I watched more nitro at this point then raw. Not to mention, this was all genius at the time..

One of the all-time great angles for its first 18 months, should have gone out with a bang at Starrcade '97.
  • @7654x
One of the biggest heel turns in wrestling, Hogan & the NWO.
  • @kyle8027

Thank you for highlighting the fact that Tony deserves a lot of the credit for the success of this angle. I remember watching that live as a kid and the thing that always stood out to me was how shocked the announcers were when it was happening. Asking for security and all the little mumbling really painted a beautiful picture this night. And you're absolutely right, he doesn't get enough credit for it.
