  • Less then a month ago he was unknown to the world and now he is on Joe Rogan. Never been happier to see someone succeed!

I just went down his musical rabbit hole. He is far from a one hit wonder. His music is from the heart, his voice and writing is authentic. Just a extremely talented dude from the country that deserves all the success coming to him.

I am a black man in his 40s when I first heard this I did not know of the song or artist I just clicked, I listened and broke down on floor crying. This song resonates with the common person right through the soul.... ❤2ALL StaySafe

61 Million views on the song in 30 days and now 6.1 here in 10 days. Truly beautiful and Also deserved.

I hope this dude lives through the fame and hype, and lives a long beautiful life.

It's not just his songs, it's refreshing to have someone that is a normal guy putting out a hit. It's more authentic that what is going on in the music industry. Now they find the image they want, hire song writers and use auto tune to make their hits. Then they don't even sign during their concerts, they just play the music and lip sync. Seeing the real deal is part of the charm of this guy.

This man dropped of high school at 17, worked odd jobs, suffered from unemployment depression, and substance abuse. And you can’t tell. It’s crazy how people struggle behind the scenes. He’s a gift from god above. And I can’t wait to see what he does. Keep your music real Chris. Don’t you ever sign any papaerwork.

"my singing ain't the best" Humble words from a man who sang straight from his soul. Beautiful voice, It stands alone and is truly unforgettable. That's just my opinion. ❤

"Outside of work I would drink, I would get absolutely stoned, and I would sit around and try think about anything but what it is that I really needed to be doing." So many people are just like this and its what makes him so relatable.

I'm British and I really like appalachian country and outlaw country music, I find it very relatable despite being from a different culture to my own. This song is incredibly moving and powerful, and it is great to see such a humble and honest bloke have this rapid success! I wish him all the best and will be listening closely mate! Respect to Joe for providing a platform for greatness

All I know is that I cried when I first heard it and I still tear up when I listen to it. It takes the words right out of my mouth and I feel it was sent to us through him to bring us together and it’s not just another song. All the negative criticism is just a show of all the evil among us.
  • @marcharris4176
Much respect for Joe inviting someone like Oliver Anthony on his show. We need more real people exposed to us. Gives other hopes.

It's hard to make me cry but in the line "I wish I could just wake up and it not be true, but it is, oh it is" made me cry the 1st 15 times I listened to the song and I still choke up when I don't cry ❤️ It's an amazing song and message ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • @LanceSheppard

“I think for me a lot of the anxiety came from just feeling I was running out of time” Damn, I feel that
  • Anxiety is the devil! It can totally cripple you. So proud to see Oliver speak out about the issue and how it can be overcome.

Oliver Anthony is a bad ass and the reason his shit went to the moon is because all of the blue collar actually hard working Americans who aren't 5 foot 3 300 pounds and using food stamps for their fudge rounds love the message that he got through that song and the passion he put into it

Oliver's youtube channel went from 2.5k subs on August 10th, to 675k subs only 18 days later. And now he's on Joe Rogan. That is some insane growth.
