I want to thank you for flying Delta and everyone else for their positive comments. I've been an aircraft mechanic at Delta for over 35 years. Delta has provided me and my family with a great life all of these years. So I deeply appreciate your comments! And concerning us Aircraft mechanics that work on the planes everyone flies. Our motto is, would we put our family on that aircraft when we sign off the Airworthiness release? Trust me on this, we work and live by that motto everyday and everytime we touch an aircraft to repair anything on it!!! And we have as aircraft mechanics the power of God when it comes to that plane leaving the gate. We can ground that aircraft without any consequences from management. Management is behind us all the way. That's why I love working at Delta! Safety is job #1 and is never questioned.

Not having in-flight entertainment is just unbelievable. Especially in first class. You get that in coach in 1st world countries.
  • Jeb, to be fair and transparent, you may want to consider building an itinerary that has you going from JFK to LAX or Vice-versa leaving in the morning on three different days with those three different airlines. By doing this, you give yourself and these three airlines comparable comparisons. JFK-LAX on Delta day one, LAX-JFK on AA, day two, and EWR-LAX on United day three. Now you will really get a true comparison of the three airlines and the service level’s. Well done video!

I appreciate how fair and thoughtful your reviews are. Also, you and your wife are so pleasant and warm, it's always a treat to see your videos.
  • This is what I call reporting, a great comparison between all three major legacy airlines. I wonder how they will stack up internationally, I personally never flown American business class, but I have to say United Polaris is amazing! Great work Jeb, keep it coming!
  • Because I live near a small Delta hub, I fly Delta almost exclusively. Seeing you do these comparisons helps me realize I'm not missing out on anything. I can fly from SLC to almost anywhere with one or two stops - so I don't see me switching,. It would be an interesting VLOG for you to compare the different FF programs for Alaska, Southwest, American, Delta, and United. I am a loyal Delta person and will hit 2M miles on my next flight - the Delta loyalty program is definitely another factor in choosing who to fly.
  • Is it wild of me to think that not even first class has entertainment systems on these plays but delta has it for every single seat in the whole plane DELTA FOR LIFE 💪💪✅✅
  • You should do it again....with each airline for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would bet the food and services would be different for the time and date of the flights too. That would be the best comparison.
  • I always fly Delta First Class and use the Delta Sky Lounge with my platinum card. But for domestic travel, some of the First Class seats on Delta from smaller cities feel coach-y. Great point about under the seat storage. I thought it was just me.

My first flight was Delta on a Md-88 from DTW-MSY in first class with a friend. Both of us where on standby and got upgraded before departure. And recently I flew Delta again from DTW-LAS. I’m a Delta guy throughly, each time I’ve flown with them it’s been a great experience.
  • I think Delta Airlines is the best US carrier too. Great video as always. Keep it up.
  • I knew Delta was going to come up on top. It's the best domestic airline and can compete with any other airline in the world. As an Atlanta native and resident, Delta makes me proud every time. I can't appreciate the two of you enough. This idea was a real challenge considering the problems plaguing the airline industry post pandemic but you guys executed it beautifully. Kudos! Can't wait for your next vlog🤗.

Of those three airlines I have only flown 1st class on AA. They have a direct flight from where I live to back home. The flight attendants have always been so nice. I don’t mind there not being a screen on the seat back because I prefer my iPad. The case I have has a stand that fits nicely in the slots on the seat in front of me. I like the warm mixed nuts and it’s even better when they have the cheese and grapes. It was very interesting to see what the other airlines were like. I enjoyed the video very much.

I really was looking forward to this video comparison. I’ve flown 5 first class delta flights and 2 AA first class flights in two months. While I did like the IFE on Delta, I found American to be the best. I love your videos!
  • I've only flown first class once, on Delta from Minneapolis to Milwaukee. Seat 1A. My ticket was an upgrade because the previous day a severe storm shutdown the airport. Was a great experience
  • The United 757-300 has been my favorite ever since the merger. Just flew SFO-ORD on Monday. Excellent crew and service.
  • United has a total of over 700 planes on order and will start putting one into service every 4 days in 2023. They are also in the process of retrofitting the entire fleet with a new all interior and top of the line IFE. Major upgrades paired with historic aircraft orders is going to push United ahead. Will be interesting to see the comparison between Delta and United once this is all completed.
