Imagine having to try and rewin a league you've already won via the league table format. Like turning the PL into the fa cup at the end of a long hard season and suddenly Brentford in 16th placed are giving the opportunity become champions. I'd put money on Palace being champions on their current form if they tried this trick in the PL.

How Liverpools third stood is beyond me. Clear as day foul. So the refs reallt are just bad no matter the tier they are in charge of. FA and PGMOL need to sort out who they are allowing to be refs.
