Towering over The Circle is a brand-new, award-winning 5-storey building that houses a wide array of restaurants and bars on the first two floors, all at very reasonable prices. Guests may drive directly to TOPS with a very affordable P100 entrance fee, and a second option of P200 includes round trip shuttle bus service from I.T Park to TOPS.
