Welcome to Phuket Airport, Thailand's 3rd busiest airport and one of the most stunning airports for plane spotting in Asia! HKT is build right next to the water and offer stunning approach views with the water in the background. There's also a few nicely elevated areas where you can get some tremendous footage from.

Phuket is one of the more interesting places due to some rarer airlines serving the airport. Phuket is a tourist place, with phenomenal beaches and up-scale resort facilities offered in tourist packages. Due to this, lots of tour package airlines like Sunclass, Tui, Sunday Airlines fly regularly here. Also here is the tourist airlines of Russia, like Azul Air, Ikar and Red Wings, which aren't typically seen at many places.

I do hope you enjoy this long video from Phuket, showcasing the very best of plane spotting at this beautiful oasis!
