Ive been using the TP-LINK PX50s and I would say they're heavily underrated for the price. They combine powerline and mesh wifi and can seemlessly swap my connection whilst provided amazing speeds. I recieve around 600-700mbps (wired) two floors up with my provider supplying 900 down.

Congrats on the new space. I've been a Subscriber for a while now; so great to see your career/life trajectory constantly on the up...! In ref. to the network setup - from the b-roll, it looks as if the UAP's are cabled in directly to the Dream Wall & thus this is not configured as a mesh setup (as the UAP's aren't talking wirelessly to each other). What you have is superior to and much more reliable (as a deployment model). The UAP's do support meshing; but your setup doesn't look to be configured as such. Yours is likely (out of the box) configured to facilitate roaming between AP's etc. Please do correct me if I've presumed anything incorrectly tho w/ regards to your setup. There's a few extra bits that are worth enabling in the UniFi controller if you haven't had much of a chance to play around w/ it yet. Let me know if you'd want me to stick a few below in the future... I think you used to have the AmpliFi setup a few years ago if memory serves me right?
