Exactly my POINT. Kelsey had more of a reason to shoot Meg. Her and Meg both had a FIGHT and Meg is HUGE. Kelsey got mollywhopped and went to grab HER OWN gun. Let’s clear some things up: 1. Tory’s defense team DID try to call the driver to stand, the DA objected because they were not ready to cross him and wanted to delay the trial 2. The driver testimony would have made a huge difference as it provides context to Shawn Kelly’s chaotic testimony, proves Meg’s “dance b dance” story is false, and proves Kelsey had motive and intent
