Honest question: Isn't that the bank's/tellers fault and responsibility to fix? I mean 120k is one thing but I've heard of them fixing like a thousand or so themselves.

Something tells me a lot of people need to read the bank policies for their accounts and it's not just these two.

I wouldn't spend ANY of that. I'd wonder where it came from and ask the bank about it because I'm not spending the rest of my life working to repay for the mistake of someone else.
