Day 21: BLIZZARD BUCK at the Buzzer! What. A. Hunt.

On the second to last day of the season, we finally get the weather I'd been hoping for, and more. In a crazy day full of blizzard conditions, I have an incredible hunt. This is as good as it gets when it comes to beautiful scenery and deer behavior in the snow. To top it off, as the door was starting to close on the season, one of the big mature bucks I was looking for made his way through the deep snow into bow range. As always, the final hunt is just a small part of it for me, the story and journey is everything. Ive said it before and Ill say it again…..I dont care if you take another deer, I’ll still watch every one of your videos just to watch the excellent footage. Its like being right there with you! Congrats on ole Happy. Hope you get out and chase the gobbler birds with the recurve this spring.

Something magical about being in the woods with that much snow on the ground. Completely changes the environment - sight, sound, smell, everything! CONGRATS, Jared! Was fun to follow your sits all season.

Very cool hunt and video. Late season can be brutal for sure but I think you should of been in the tree. Laughing...... Most of the bucks up here in Central Michigan have lost their horns already and we've really only had one week of sub zero Temps otherwise it's been another mild winter. Definitely a piece of property that has a ton of potential in the coming years so passing up 30 to 40 bucks to get that one special buck is worth it but I myself would of had a hard time doing on a few of your hunts. Good job Jared and be safe out there.
