Horror needs more recognition cause it's stepping up to be one of the greatest genres of our time, music and all.

When you play rock paper scissors against the mirror and you lose
  • This reminds me of an experience I had when driving home one night. The apartment next door to mine was undergoing some major renovations. As I pulled into my parking space around 1am, my headlights cast long dark shadows across the jumbled furniture in the living room of that apartment. I sat in my car for a moment and let my imagination wander. Imagined how creepy it would be to see someone looking back at me from the darkness. Then I turned off my car. As I did, I SWEAR my eyes caught a silhouette standing in the far corner. But at that same moment my keys finished turning and the window was plunged into a pitch black opening. I didn’t dare turn back on the headlights. Instead I ran into my apartment, made sure the doors and windows were all locked, and locked the door to my bedroom.

I’m in the process of writing a psychological horror novel and I needed inspiration. I’ve literally watched exactly what I needed in my mind listening to this.
