📌 Ingredients :
4 medium eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3/4 cup of sugar (150g).
~ 1 cup of vegetable oil (200ml).
3 tablespoons orange blossom water, or milk (45ml).
2 tablespoons of anise or fennels seeds, or a mix of both.
1 tablespoon of sesame(optional).
~3/4 cup of almonds (80-100g).
~ 5 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (650g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10g).
1 egg.
1 teaspoon of instant coffee.
