I love that smack noise when he punches the bag, its not that conventional snap but it gives you an idea of how much power is behind those monsters

You gotta love Pacquiao. From street kid selling cigarettes on the street to champion and world icon. Attacking dynamic explosive boxing style with a good chin, quick feet and damn blinding hand speed. Plus his warrior instincts and strong will gleaned from his epic battles with all the Mexican greats!

Having Manny, Amir, Vanes Martiroysyan, James Toney, Bernard Hopkins, Juan "Hispanic Causing Panic" Lazcano and the rest of the Wild Card Boxing Clubs, professional legends in your gym can only inspire more determination to believe you can be the world champion. If you really are serious about boxing...that's the sort of gym you need to be training to be welcome in. Watching young Manny in this video and also knowing how has improved is inspiring. Good on you Freddie and your team

Wow!!! Simply amazing, ever tried hitting a heavy bag? I wouldn't say that it's hard, but pacquiao throws such hard fast punches and makes it look easy! Pacquiao is one of a kind!

Does anyone know which ounce gloves he’s using also I notice more fighters use the lace up gloves I honestly heard the Velcro aren’t good and have horrendous wrist support and really are defective they don’t strap all the way
