    I was skeptical about it at first but i did on average 60 pushups a day (with breaks each 30 pushups) for a week and ive noticed major improvement. Great vid!

    Love the lift the hands off the mat reminder. Such a small/simple thing but really makes sure I am engaging my chest and not relying on my arms/back.

    For all the people that have never done a push-up: Start with a plank. It’ll build the core muscles for you so you can start doing exercises much easier.

  • Been lifting weights consistently for over a year and with coronavirus here, gym is closed...So I’m working out at home and couldn’t even do 2 full body pushups this way. Thanks for showing the correct form! And for also doing the modified version where I was able to do more lol. This was rough but I was so happy to get it right.
