It’s a shame that code enforcement doesn’t work with the police in situations such as this to do wellness checks. There needs to be a coming together of the postal workers, code enforcement, municipal and utility workers to encourage wellness checks. The neighbors could even call the cops for a wellness check. God bless CJ and Trish for their service to the community. That house and yard were totally transformed

Why don't the neighbors help mow the yard after you have taken the time to mow. I would be embarrassed that I did not help a neighbor in need.

We also had in person town meetings with pot-luck meals. It was true democratic governance in person. I knew I wanted to raise my kids in a place where neighbors helped each other, and schools were small classes

doesn't anyone else thing it very troublesome that she doesn't even appear when people are cutting her property? This worries me.

Another great clean-up job. That has to be a blessing to the neighbors. Welfare should look in to see if anyone is living there.

Glad you picked this property. Great job on areas you could get to. To the neighbors & others in similar situations: meet this lady & other neighbors, Identify yourself, & keep trying until you meet them. Obviously this lady can’t go meet you. Be the one to do the wellness checks & reach out to others that she needs help from. This can take as little as 15 minutes of your time. Let this be your season of positive change!
