That T. rex was more terrifying than the actual monster.
  • 0:20 Can we talk about how casually this Anky folded a back rooms entity like an oragami crane?
  • @Brianna-eo8nu
What’s most terrifying to me is the subtle implication these dinosaurs, like the cameraman, got no-clipped into the Backrooms dimension from their own time. Which would mean either anyone or anything from across time and space can no-clip into the Backrooms, or that the Backrooms are far, far older than humanity itself. Existing during, or possibly even before, the age of dinosaurs.
  • @tycko4
Is no one going to mention how uncomfortable that poor T-rex must be having to crouch 24/7 existing in a place and eternally never being able to fully stand upright or fully stretch your legs?
  • Realistically, a carnivorous animal which has probably been wandering alone for hours maybe even days in an unfamiliar territory would become hyper aggressive and extremley hungry attacking any living animal it comes across just to sustain itself.
  • @rexwrecks2735
I like that this implies the back rooms have been around since the beginning of time; and that it’s more akin to an ageless purgatory.
  • @RosieRoan
I like how the T. Rex in this was stalking the person stealthily. According to recent studies, this is exactly how a T. Rex would have hunted down prey in real life. The fact that a 8+ ton terrestrial predator can be that silent is terrifying.
  • @leoornstein3963
I love how the Ankylosaur just casual knocked out the backroom monster with one swing. The swing was not even malicious, the tail was just tillted 50 degree to the right and the monster walk right into it.
  • @cuanimation854
I like how a tyrannosaurus rex displays a more larger threat than an actual backrooms monster. Fr imagine a giant chunky theropod following and staring at you in real life.
  • @Crakinator
I love the contrast between the monster going RAASRGHH ROAR IM GONNA ATTACK YOU and the Tyrannosaurus stalking you so quietly that you don’t even know it’s there until it’s only a few yards away. I imagine Tyrannosaurus would be something like a bear: way stealthier and faster than most people would be ready for.
  • @galling2052
i like how the Ankylosaurus just casually dealt with the entity
  • This gave me legitimate anxiety, the fact that something THAT big can still stalk you in such a small space scares the shit out of me.
  • @rexjrd963
Ankylosaurus, the ultimate companion to have with you to fight a creepy pasta.
  • Just imagine the terror of coming face to face with that T-rex at 0:33, and then being chased down those halls. There is no way you would not end up dead at 1:00. I felt almost as if it was happening to me in real life.
  • @TheMasterjello
The silent stare followed by the singular investigative foot-step to trigger prey response the T uses around the 0:37 mark feels natural and exquisitely menacing. Natural horror is easily turned into a campy roar fest full of lots of energy. This tiger-like portrayal of a Rex being cautious about wasted energy and simply waiting to see if it's worth the trouble in an alien environment elicits a very real and primal fear.
  • Holy shit, this is absolutely stunning bro, i love how the Tyrannosaurus Rex actually behaved as if it was attempting to ambush its prey and remained quiet for most of the time, and didn't do the "generic big dino that can't stop screaming for some reason". Keep up the good work! edit: what the hell is going on the replies? 💀 edit2: okay yall seriously have some problems, i can't even say how much i like something without someone starting a whole drama because of one thing 💀
  • The idea of the backrooms being created in the beginning of time is pretty insane, so it could be possible that some dinosaurs got nocliped out of reality and we're sent to the backrooms, not only that, but that Tyrannosaur might have evolved to eat not only plant eating dinosaurs, but also come after those entities that are also predators or even humans that might have also been nocliped out of reality.
  • @xenocg
I love how this feels like an unintentional callback to the ancient survival horror classic "3D Monster Maze." Something about being trapped in a maze with a T. rex stalking you never fails to be horrifying
  • @skeletspook
Man backrooms is getting quite silly but I have to admit, that T-rex hunt was quite effective. The idea alone of being trapped with it in an endless empty building is quite spooky.
