I think the coolest part about this video is that Geese's voice in Tekken (0:23) sounds just like all the other voices despite him speaking in English instead of Japanese. It shows that the voice actor and Bamco understood how iconic his Engrish was and made sure his voice lines still sounded like classic Geese.

For some funny reason I believe Geese is actually saying "RAIJIN STORM!!!". Raijin is the god of thunder in Japanese mythology, and if you think about it, Geese's raging storm looks like it is made out of lightning or thunder, and plus being a "storm", which is where lightning/thunder would be more commonly seen. Also let's not forget that Geese is an individual who is obsessed with Japanese culture, or in other words, he is a weeb. Which is why I believe geese is saying "Raijin Storm" and not "Raging Storm".
