At 4:30, I immediately recognized the exact Unity asset that was used for the player movement. It's called InVector, and it's supposed to be an all-in-one movement package with interactable triggers included. The footsteps and animations are the ones that come out of the box, too. The footstep sound itself immediately made this obvious to me, as I've experimented with this asset years ago and couldn't figure out how to stop it from playing every time a scene loads. These days, I wouldn't be caught dead using this asset as-is.
