I'm sure you will never see this, but someone will. As someone who spent a large portion of my 20s raising my three nieces, you are an absolute inspiration to young ladies. You went to Harvard, you are a certified badass in a men's dominated field, you live your passion, and are unapologetically yourself. You have style, a work ethic, and an abundance of beauty. Thank you for sharing your day to day story with everyone. Have a wonderful life, Faye!
  • One of my Cousins has a 9 year old great grand daughter that she brings when she visits me. While checking my cousin's mini vans fluids and tire pressure the little girl wanted to help. I have a trigger tire pressure gauge filler, and I showed her on the door jam the recommend pressure and how the gauge worked. She checked and filled all 4 tires, then I mentioned the spare under the back. She wiggled underneath, check the spare, said it showed zero pounds, then aired it up to 32 psi. Whenever my cousin visits, the little girl checks & fills the tires like a pro.
  • I've been a mechanic forever, and never knew that these Toyota engines had block drains. Never stop learning!
  • I have been a technician for 35 years and you are very good and organized young lady I really respect you as a fellow technician. You know your stuff.❤️
  • @ldotmurray
Faye is one of the best YouTube mechanics on the platform. She keeps it simple with no stupid/dumb jokes.

Didn't know Amy Lee from Evanescence was a toyota fan. Nice!

I've watched a few coolant drain videos and youre the only one that would drain new 50/50 premix just to get all the distilled water out. Such attention to detail is what makes you better than most mechanics. 😊

Wish I can be an auto mechanic. There is so much knowledge to retain. It’s amazing. I have all the respect for mechanics. Between you, Scotty Kilmer and Chris fix I learn so much.
  • @dimmn82
So glad you told people to run the heater. Most don't know that trick. Once it's blowing really hot, you know the air is out.
  • @bradmchaney
I just came across you recently and I must say my retention time for your videos is 100%. Your directions are on point as well as very detailed. Thank you for your excellent work!
  • Hey Faye, thanks for the efforts. I don’t know what I would do without your input. I like that you insist on quality and proper procedures.
  • @gct1913
I love that you flush all your fluids instead of just drain and fill.
  • @tooyevaar5009
Thank you Faye!! Straight up no gimmicks just what I needed to know to get the job done right!
  • Dude, I wish I had these videos years ago. I had to learn to fix my Honda through desperation because I didn't have money to get it fixed. So, I learned fluid changes, brakes, plugs, and serpentine belt. You rock
  • You're a great instructor, and my 2006 LX470 thanks you for it! I've watched several of your videos and have been doing a bunch of my own maintenance just for the challenge and fun. Thanks!
  • This lady is a super instructor; she is well spoken and conveys a boatload of info. Thanks for a cool video.
  • @cbrown17982010
Glad I’m not the only one who gets hyped to do coolant flushes 😂🤙
  • @drudini858
People probably overlook her due to her appearance and gender, to their own detriment.. because this tutorial is exceptional. Superb on so many levels, keep killing it Faye !
  • Great job again Faye! Thanks for explaining and demonstrating the proper coolant flush process. I learned quite a bit.
