Las Vegas is also very veteran friendly, as an Air Force retiree it was a big factor in my family’s and my decision to move here. Veterans get property tax and/or vehicle registration exemptions. Both MGM and Caesar’s resorts give veterans free reward memberships (free parking at major strip hotel self-parking garages). Also, there is a huge VA hospital on the north side of the city and with Nellis AFB being here just about all of the hospitals and clinics are in-network for Tricare.

Hello Olga :)- I am a resident of LA$ VEGA$ for over 13 years now so I am well aware of the cost of living here in LA$ VEGA$ and I appreciate what you bring to this video. People who move here from Southern California believe that moving here is going to be more expensive since before the PANDEMIC. People may save money from not paying state income tax but you are certainly not cheaper concerning anything to do with owning a vehicle. KUDO$ to YOU and YOUR channel!! :)-

Looks like I'm heading to Vegas. There's barely any entertainment jobs here in Texas. It's pretty much nearly non-existent.

No Chiefs fan is going to like this video 😂 Great overview ! you hit all the key areas i was wondering about especially the education aspect.
  • The higher elevations of Las Vegas can be five or more degrees cooler than the valley. In the heat of summer, this difference is quite noticeable and can make the climate much more tolerable. Summerlin and the far western parts of the city are anywhere from 500 to 1000 feet higher in elevation.

Hey Olga, I've really enjoyed your videos! I found you through your husband, Johnny. I have worked with a Vegas real estate agent since 2009 otherwise I defintely would have chosen you to do my recent transaction. I just bought a place at Metropolis and will close on the 24th. If you have an opening in your book club I would love to join! Cheers!

It sounds like it will cause a lot of money to have fun out there while living in Vegas year round.
  • OK even though these videos two months old she still Out of her mind Trippin there’s no way you’re renting a three bedroom house for 1800 more like 26 or 2700

Wish my wife wanted to move to Vegas 😒 how much would you need to make a year to live comfortably in Vegas?

New drinking game: everytime she says she's lived in Vegas over 10 years, is a realtor, lived in California and Portland.. .take a drink. You'll be blackout drunk 10 seconds in.
  • There was no reason for appointments to be over charging they are old buildings ~ 40, years and older. Homes are different not sure why they killed their tenants especially when this state doesn’t pay to keep up. Homeless everywhere and Drunk Drivers are killing people all the time. It’s absurd that this state goes after past irrelevant past offenses when they ignore law and present crime, low life people will kill you while drunk and there’s your life gone. Not worth it.
